If you love pumpkin spice lattes but don’t want the carbs, this recipe is for you

1 teaspoon granulated sweetener (such as Splenda)
1 pinch baking soda
1 pinch salt
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Combine all of the ingredients in a microwave-safe mug.
Microwave for 1-1 1/2 minutes, until cooked through.
Allow to sit for 1 minute before eating.
