Homemade pizza dough – quick and easy

Pizza dough is a mixture of flour, water, yeast and salt, kneaded and allowed to rest, then stretched into a thin base which is baked, resulting in the characteristic crispy or chewy texture depending on the style desired.
Ingredients:
2 ½ cups wheat flour
1 cup of lukewarm water
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
2 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast
Typical pizza dough usually weighs between 200 and 250 grams, but servings can vary depending on the size and style of the pizza.
